I have the Vessel 910 series in Phillips sizes 00, 0 and 1. I also have Vessel Phillips hex bit drivers in sizes 00, 0, 1 and 2. Read the discussion on JIS and DIN 5260 on RJRCoolTools. I have found RJRCoolTools to be very well informed. My hex bits fit JIS fasteners as well as my various JIS type Japanese manufactured screwdrivers and apparently they are DIN 5260. I don't currently have any Vessel Megadora screwdrivers, but I have ordered some. I will let you know how they compare to my other JIS screwdrivers as far as fitment goes.

ricleh,

The Vessel 910 series Phillips screwdrivers you own are part of the Megadora line. If you go to this RJRCoolTools link and zoom into the picture, you will see "Megadora" on the 910 handles:
LINK.

Yes Ko-ken is here:

My Company (Blackstone Global, Inc) is setting up North American distribution for Ko-Ken Tools. We will have a new website at www.kokenusa.com in a month or so. The site will have all the products on the Japanese site plus the items we are adding to support North American application demand.

We will have limited distribution across Canada, USA, and Mexico. Limited means we will try not to have Mobile Tool Dealers with over lapping routes.

Sorry but we will sell 100% through distribution, no shopping cart on our site. You will need to buy through a distributor.

Please feel free to contact me if you would like to become a Ko-ken tools distributor.

All our prices include shipping anyone buying through a Japanese Broker is over paying and will find they will not be competitive.

Will the tools be warrantied through Blackstone or the distributors?
Will single replacements be available or just sets?
Can tools be mailed to Blackstone for warr. replacement?
Thank you,
Rob

On Warranty:
We will post the warranty on the website. I am using the Snap-On warranty as the basis for what we will have. This means we will have a warranty code for each class of products.

All standard stocks will be 100% warranted, Ratchet customers will get gear replacement kits for free for life.

What do you guys think we should do for thin wall sockets, and universal joints?

Custom sockets will be warranted on a case by case basis.

That is sounding pretty good so far...
