Koken stud remover/installer vs Toptul

I don't have the koken, but was curious for people who do how this compares to the toptul which I do have. Here are pictures I posted before and pictures of the koken catalog showing the designs. Scottmlew and I were talking and I said I think they are close in not the same design what do you guys think are the same? Is one better than the other?

i have the koken set. one of them (10mm i think) broke the cage. was replaced under warranty. they also sell rebuild kits for the koken ones.

the koken look as though they have a much heftier cage than the toptul. if the koken one broke i would hate to think how the thin cage of the toptul would fare. of course they are supposed to be low(er) torque applications but you know how it is, stubborn stud in awkward location = abused stud puller.

I think they say 15 for the 2 smaller and 25 foot lbs for the larger 2.

The Ko-ken stud remover is a far superior tool due to the exclusive double triangle used in all Ko-ken removers. The double triangle allows for an almost twice the size of cage, the confidence of strength is shown on the impact removers of the same design. Don't confuse Ko-ken removers with all the cheap copies, they are not the same material never mind design

Well since I couldn't find koken anymore and not sure who sells them, I went with what I could find. I have given up on all koken as I don't know anyone who will sell them for less than snapon. I have gotten to the point where I am afraid to use any koken stuff I have as who would replace it for me when they break? If I am going to pay snapon prices, I would rather get snapon. As for as toptul, I will say I have never broke anything I have used from toptul, which is close to 1000 dollars worth.
