Googled around and couldn't find the answer, i know, i know, probably been posted on here 1,000 times. I have a KR 657 B with accu-ride slides. How do I get the drawers out?

i think a glove or something fell back there and won't let one side of the bottom drawer close.

is a pic needed?

They are bolted to the drawers and riveted to the box chassis. One piece slides. Got a pic of your box?

That looks pretty nice. Did you get the top box with it? There is a single bolt towards the front of the slide on the drawer. Once you remove that you can lift/pull/pry the drawer out of the slides. You have to drill the rivets to remove the slide from the box though.

Snap On makes a tool for it, in the meantime you can use something like a feeler gauge or thin strip of metal. You have to slide it in and over a bump, which is used to stop the drawer from coming out, and then glide the drawer over the bump and out. You will be inserting it between the rails. It takes some practice so don't give up after just a couple of try's.

That box uses the Accuride ball bearing slides I'm guessing. If there's a little screw going from the drawer into the slide, you remove that first, then while holding the slide, pull up on the front of the drawer to unhook the front bayonets. Then while the front bayonets are unhooked, pull the drawer towards you to unhook the rear bayonets. Go left front, right front, left rear, right rear. It helps to push the slides rearward with your thumb while you're unhooking the rear bayonets from the drawer.

a-hah! The elusive "glove"

a mirror made in Germany
a knife
a General pick that's seen better days
a little fold out magnifying glass
paperwork and a folder about helicopter maintenance
and a little packet with allen keys and some kind of pins or something
