KR655b Drawer Question

A friend of mine recently picked up a snap-on kr655b roll cab in decent condition except that a handful of the drawers will not stay shut. He leveled the box and they still slide open.

My question is, does the 655b have bumpers on the end of the drawer slides or some other means of drawer retention or will jacking the front of the box higher than the rear be the only way to counter it?

If the box is level, or even slightly tilted forward, they still shouldn't be coming loose. I'd replace the slides on those drawers.

I have the same box and haven't had any issues.
