Can anyone help i have a kr657 lower box but can not close it locks turns the rod at the top spring is at the buttom. There seem like a part missing from top to buttom .possible a lock rod. Or lock bar can not find anything in box snapon people thing its pn. 657k1226 discon. At 1 877 762 7664 .possible wrong part looked at computer are down. Anyone that can help please do. Or if anyone has the part for sale .i would be nice to close my box for a change due to drawer can open when moving it and can cause the box to crash to the floor yhanks
