KRA-255 1/4" set info

Picked this up the other day for $60, looks to be in pretty good shape but probably missing some items. Anyone have a set like this one or any info on it? Has 59 stamped into the bottom of box, assume thats 1959 when it was made. Appreciate any info. Thanks

Nice score! Its hard to find a set with the box in that nice of shape. Here is the page I found that I think has your set, you might be missing a few pcs. The KRA-255 is the box # not the set #, look at bottom of page:

8 Point Sockets are used on Square Heads. We'll at least that's what I used it on. Cars oil pan that has Square Drain Plug. Works very well.

Thanks mvptrukin! Link worked. Looks like some minor differences in the handles, i.e. ratchet and "spinner" handles. Have to do some more research. Thanks

I have the same set, but mine must be newer, I never did check the date code. My set has in addition to yours, one more extension and a nutdriver handle. I do not have the screwdriver bit.
