It's for 1/4" drive tool sets. I have a full set and will try to provide you a photo. I know it's here somewhere in some past threads. Billymade, do you remember the old thread on these boxes or have that photo I attached? :headscrat

Pics would be great. Although the auction said "vintage" it's obviously not. Looked like a good candidate for a little sand blast and a quality paint job. Then I can work on filling it. I actually thought it was 3/8 drive but 1/4 is even better because I have more of the tools already.:beer:

That's exactly what I did. Actually, I didn't fill it with the original tools like in Snapmom's pic, but rather filled it with SAE and metric sockets, standard, deep, and swivel. I think it's filled with 80+ assorted 1/4" Snap-on drive tools.
