Back from paint & body, and the result is exactly what I was looking for. Someone had told me that the handle can be ordered for approx $20 (ish). Not sure what I will be using it for, but will be displaying some vintage snap-on tools I guess.

$200.00, which to me seemed fair as the removed the hasp and then filled in the holes to where ya can't tell they were there. The paint is PPG ASU370 as it's supposed to be durable and the color I used was called "Safety Red" which is a near identical match for the factory paint.

Thats good info. And quality work comes at a cost. I really like how it turned out.
