Kraeuter Tools?

I found a few Kraeuter extensions and a couple sockets when digging through my dads old box, they say made in the U.S.A but I cannot find anything about them online. Can anyone enlighten me on the company history.

I took them with my cell phone so they arent the best quality, they have a part number then they say Kraeuter U.S.A

They look like late production Duro Indestro.

kraeuter was SK's other line of tools in the late 60's early 70's. They even came in a green metal box with a blue tag.

Yes, SK management bought the company back from FACOM... And now FACOM has been acquired by Stanley...

I know facom has been under stanley for a bit know but I can never seem to hear the news until 3 months later lol
