I am very interested in the entire platform. It seems to be a very competitive price especially for the full system. I will waiting for reviews when it does come out next month.

Well my opinion is not based on anything tangible. But that saw sure looks like your typical pos piece. Could be fine but since this system is close in price to a couple known quality units, I'd dig deeper in my pocket and get the Mikita. However the price for the track isn't bad and if you had the ability to make it work with a quality saw, I'd consider it.

The one bad thing with this from a quick read of the specs is it only has a 62" capacity. So if you need to cut something longer/wider, it really wont work.

Honestly, its just an overpriced folding table with holes in it, a track saw guide and a specialty saw.

Better off buying the Accu-cut XL where you can use your existing circ saw for about $160

And then spend a few more bucks on a table or sawhorses and plywood.

This is the cheap solution. It not going to be cabinet quality cuts but for general sheet goods it great. I just used some 3/8 plywood, made a 5' one and a 9' one.

I did that as well for a project 2 years ago. It worked good. Unfortunatly from not using it for a while, it warped on me. At $160, if I had known about he Kreg Accu Cut (not sure if they had it at the time) I would have bought that instead.
