Just a quick question about drawer slides. Got a new KRL7022 box. I noticed that many of the draw slide mounts attached to the box (and not the drawers themselves) are not flush to the box but pitched down a few degrees at the top. Is this normal? Drawers seem to open and close without a problem though.

I consider that normal. I think the gap that exposes the slide is a little wide. My slides do the same thing.

Looks about right to me. They are not screwed or riveted to the sides of the box. The tabs on the slide that fit into the slots (of the box) have a gap wider than the thickness of the steel for ease of installation.

Thanks guys. I did not realize that the mounts/hangers hang from tabs. Just me being overly cautious/obsessive about the new box. It's my first Snap-on...
