Sounds like a good deal to me, the 1000 series triple bays are al little taller but you cant go wrong with either one. With the stainless top and drawer guards its a good deal as long as it really is in excellent shape.

I looked at a 1003B a few days ago and it was a good height, it did not have a top block on it just the rubber mat. I'm hoping since this 7023 has a SS top on it, I won't really tell the differences in height.

Unless my math is wrong. a 1003B is 45" tall, and with the stainless top on the 7023 it comes out to be 43 1/4 so it will be pretty close.

I paid 2500 for a 7022 with a side locker and SS top. It was kinda beat up but functions perfectly. Also had two full width drawers with double slides of the same height, which i understand is a special order item.

Regards
Casey

Here are a few pictures of it. Again I offered him 3k and it took some time but he accepted it.

I prefer that height to the 1000 series, I've got a bad back and it just feels more comfortable to work on. My favorite color besides Midnight Blue!

Looks great! Now you've got the fun task of filling and organizing.

I look forward to the day I get everything into one big box.
