Krsc33a draw problem

So i have had this id say maybe 5months and ive called snap on closest truck is about 2hrs away so its not worth my time to load it up and go see him looking to see if i can fix it. I will get pictures soon it is the bottom draw right side slide the ballbearing retainers and ballbearings fell out when i pull the draw out i heard a clank in the back of the box and pulled the draw out first time being removed and the whole bearing retainer was laying in the back of the box popped out the balls everywhere i tried to put it back in but it just jams up now any ideas will be amazing there was no weight in the draw cotter pins and a pick set. I know no pictures atm so not much can be done just looking for info. its at my shop but will soon get pictures. here is a picture of a cheap dresser my friend took apart it has the same bearing setup in it i was going to take it so i had the balls.

Call Snap-on, and have them warranty your broken DRAWER slide.

They should ship it out to you for free.

Okay thank you do i give them the number on the box or anything i called a number for customer support on my break and was on hold 45mins couldn't wait any longer going to try again when i get home

And yes draw i didn't notice it till now just switched to an iPhone and its a lot different for spell checking and corrections.

If you're using "talk-to-text" try saying "period" "comma" etc. for punctuation.
It works on my droid phone. It will make your posts easier to read.
