$0.50 got me these, no idea what they're for or who made them, I am assuming Utica. But I found an ebay post with some that looked exactly the same saying Western Electric? So Idk any input is welcome as always.

Yes indeed Utica made, I am having problems locating #2827 I looked through two vintage catalogs but my eyes are not what they used to be and reading all those numbers is a little tricky ;so far nothing in the two thousand series.

In my 30+ years with Ma Bell I used and collected lots of tools especially the old ones and I've never seen anything like those used by outside techs or in the central offices. I started before the big breakup in 1984 and every single tool issued before the split was stamped "Bell System" somewhere on it from the smallest spudger sticks to the largest sledge hammers.
