My little CUT is short of storage space for carrying stuff around the ranch. I use it extensively for felling trees and cutting firewood so it's nice to have a place to put my chainsaws, oil cans, and gas cans when I go from place to place, other than in the bucket. I had an old garden wagon sitting around (the 5" pneumatic wheel type) and the expanded metal/angel iron frame was the perfect size to fit over the hood and span the distance from the brush guard to the ROPs cross brace - hmmm.
Here is what I cobbled together for the job. The rack is removable and can be tilted forward and the hood can then be opened. The hinge is a simple round pipe in square tubing. The size of the holes in the expanded steel bed are a perfect size to accommodate my rattle siphon hose for refueling, so I can set the diesel can on the rack, open the hole and let her rip - convenient.
