Kubota box now cheaper at Costco.

That's a really nice box. I've eyed it a few times at Costco. Nice, heavy gauge feel. And smooth as silk drawers.

I agree that this box was a nice box. did see it on rebate for $299 recently. I opted for a different box, but this thing would be a great mobile box.

The picture doesn't show it but those siders open so you can hang your larger tools on a pegboard type setup

It is a nice box but the sides swing out to the left and right so you cannot have anything next to the box sides.

I joined this board (and found it) while doing a little research on tool storage. I ended up buying one of these when it was on sale for $300 hoping it would be enough space for the last of my tools. Unfortunately the swing out sides are useless for me and a waste of valuable storage space. I'm going to be returning it soon and most likely will get the Harbor Freight 44"

First off....that is not a real toolbox. It's a tool cart. Or a project center.
Either way it can be a good deal for the right use.

And BTW....when Costco has things ending in 97 cents that means it's on closeout or clearance....

i actually really like that tool cart, and yes, it's a tool cart, not a box you keep stationary in one place. the drawers also have a "griplatch" like mechanism that works really well...

i'm tempted but have no space for this thing...
