First, welcome to GJ - I see from this

That your model was made from 2003 - 2007 - so it's at least 16 years old -

The next test I would do is hang an implement on the hitch, rev it up til you can lift it, then turn off the tractor. If my thinking is correct, when you shut it off (the tractor, NOT the lift) that there's a good chance the lift will drop in less than a minute. If so, you'll probably need to find (at least) a replacement seal ring for the (internal) 3ph lift cylinder.

If you don't already have a SERVICE manual you'll probably want one (unless you're filthy rich) it's painful enough to pay today's prices for parts, WITHOUT also paying even MORE for labor - good luck... Steve

PCustoms beat me to this, but leave out the "U" ( I'm also a member over there)

I believe this brass debri came from another piece of equipment, this tractor has had this problem for what i understand, about 5 years, the guy that owned it previously didnt worry about it because it would still pickup what ever was on 3 point, just had to rev throttle, so after i got tractor, i wanted it workin correctly, thank you for your advice

This tractor has 2 cylinders that make 3 point piviot, i thought maybe i had a blown cylinder too but when i took the 2 top lines off and pressured cylinders, i had maybe a very little fluid come thru, not anything under any pressure also once you got 3 point lifted, it would hold load, thank you for your thoughts

"This tractor has 2 cylinders that make 3 point piviot"

If you can SEE the cylinders, those are NOT the one I mentioned - your comment sounds to me like the tractor has hydraulic top link and hydraulic tilt - but the cylinder that actually does the LIFTING is buried inside the housing that's under the seat - it rotates a shaft that connects to the upper arms on either side of the housing.

The GOOD news is that my comments about the "invisible" cylinder's seal ring does NOT appear to be the problem... Steve
