on friday (10-22-10) late in the pm i was prepping the garage floor for epoxy coat and had a question. called the epoxy coat 800 # hoping they would still be open. they weren't, but they gave me the # of the 'on call' person who was Christine (who has posted here). i couldn't believe it: she returned my call before i was though leaving a message and graciously answered my question. truly glad i chose epoxy-coat; i've NEVER had that level of customer service.
