I sent in a 1/2" Drive Universal Joint and a 6 point wrench for warranty. Two weeks late I received a package from SK and it had 2 screwdrivers and a 1/2" socket in it (I checked the invoice in the box and it had the correct tools listed - but different tools in the box). I called SK and let them know and offered to ship them back. The lady I spoke to was very nice and apologized several times for the mix up - and said my tools would be shipped out the next day and I could just keep the tools that they incorrectly sent.

I know when people have a bad experience with a company they post topics about it - but I wanted to pass along the GREAT experience that I had with SK.

Thank you SK for not only keeping jobs here in America - but for also being so pleasant to work with. I personally will be buying more SK hand tools in the future and would encourage everyone else to do so.

That's great to hear as I've got a 1/2" gear wrench I need to send in. What are the steps I need to do to send it in?

I've been hearing a lot of good things about SK lately so I'll definitely be looking to them for new tools in the future.

I actually emailed them and they sent me the address to send them in. In the email they included an attachment of whats considered tool abuse which has pictures for reference. After emailing them it took about 24 hours for them to respond.

Hope this helps.

I got a couple of 18" flexhead ratchets from them with the latest design (no more press-pin, a torx bolt you can tighten on the head) and love them. Hope they're on the way back to good financial health.
