Kw help

He fellow members I’m here to see if any one has ever filled a load sheet out for the power company? They are asking for total kw and demand kw. This is my last step to getting my 50x100 shop up and running. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have 24 8 foot led 110volt 24 double receptical boxes so 48 110 volts. Two 230 I for the air compressor that is 10 horsepower 120 gallon and a spare 230 for the new welder I haven’t bought yet.

My neighbor (who is an electrician) helped me fill mine out a couple weeks ago for an additional meter at my property. I would add up all future equipment and tools as if you have them now..
