4 bolts fasten each of the ramps together and one dowel rod holds the ramp to the upright. 5 to 10 minutes at the most. I'm not a lifter and I can lift one end of the ramp to put it on the uprights, so I would say not over 125 to 150 for the heavest ramp piece.

I brought my entire lift home in a Dodge Dakota. You'll be fine.

I moved mine several times alone. Not a big deal. Heavy but manageable.
Sad they went belly-up this year.

I have had one for a few years and it's great. I remember hauling it all home in a '65 Buick Sportwagon that I used to have.

Yea! I have a Kwik-Lift, and love it! For the first time in my life , I can work under a car with any degree of comfort or safety. In fact ,today I will start a clutch job on my Toyota pickup. It is the only way to have a lift for my low ceiling garage. I am so glad this American company came back. Ken.
