Ideally you want your guide rollers to be as wide as possible without interfering with the teeth of the blade. To that end, you can shoot to have the guide roller stop short of the gullet between the teeth. Unless of course your guide rollers are designed to accommodate the teeth. You can see on mine that there are cutouts in the guide rollers to allow running various width blades, including blades that are thinner than the guide rollers, without interfering with the teeth.

If, for whatever reason, it's not possible to get rollers that wide, you should bias the rollers as far toward the cutting edge as possible without interfering with the teeth.

Can you tell me how wide the bearings need to be for a 1" blade? Mine has 5/8" wide bearings.
I thought I had replied to you a couple of days ago. Must not have clicked send or something. Sorry
Mine has 3/4" bearings. Was that way when I bought it.
Vertically It cuts square within 1/64" in 4" and closer than that horizontally which is plenty close enough for my purposes (mostly structural steel) so I have never changed it.
By the way, I recently built this rack to store some of my materials in. Wanted to cut these 10.75" OD rings for the top.
The the vise would keep the pipe square but how to hold it down?
I used a 2" ratchet strap which worked good :)
