There is some space between my sill plate and the drywall but it is not consistent. I did not hang the dry wall. Anyway the L Bead will not go under the drywall in a few places. Any help, even if I have go go another route,
\,l would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Not sure why you want the corner bead but if you deem it necessary that is fine by me. You won't be able to clench it and from my experience just nailing them makes them prone to cracking along the outer edge. You can open up that gap with a drywall saw or a multi tool if you still want the corner bead.

an oscillating multitool would do that no problem. lay some painters tape on the wood and just slide the running tool in at the bottom. it will easily create a large enough gap without taking too much material
