Why is it so difficult to buy one single L-key? Why's everything have to be in a set? What if you buy the whole set and one of the L-keys breaks or strips out? You gotta buy a whole new set? Actually, to prove to you that I'm not a cheap *******, I'm willing to buy two L-keys in T27. 😁

I found out that Grainger will ship to the store for free, but I gotta settle for an Eklind. I really had my heart set on getting Bondhus. 😁

Would a L-shaped bit holder work?

Another option is to get a 6" T27 bit and heat/bend the tip to the length you want. I know in your other recent thread you wanted a stubby. That would be one way to make it whatever dimensions you want. I did that recently with a PH bit and absolutely love the thing.

I like buying a new set then you have a whole lot of spares
Having bought many new sets over the years, I now have a bajillion partial sets. I can usually find a key that I need at the moment after some rooting through the box. Makes me miss Sears and hardware stores that stocked individual (or often pairs of) hex keys though even those places didn't always have the key I needed at the time.
