They've been referred to as heel bars for a long time. Heels = Women's shoes, so it's not a large jump to call them Lady Feet.

But here it is officially from MAC:

Lady Foot or as we called it a Roller Bar was only tool I carried while doing maintenance in a cement block factory long ago. The 20” tool became a go to tool when I started trucking and wrenching lots.

My go to is the 3/4" x 21". Mayhew has a 3 piece set which contains 12", 16" and a 21" bar.

12 and 16 for the alignment bar. For prying indexable bars are more useful.

I think I started with a good one, then a Gearwrench indexing, then something cheap maybe from HF. They all work fine for me. Best task is leveling stuff, doors, etc., very easy to control the lift.

Use it with the wedge sharp to roll the block 1/2 of mains out when doing a in chassis.

Just found a new use... Driving into rocks after drilling with a hammer drill. Doesn’t matter where I want to put a post, there’s always a rock!

Full disclosure - I used an el cheapo not my Snap On.

This is what I generally use for rocks (AZ has lots of rock, always in the way).
