I got some time and some help from my brother to knock out the window framing and floor molding on most of the first floor. Now it's functional and it looks nice. Now I just have to finish the electrical / lighting, flooring for the wooden areas, the bathroom and the workshop room. I also need some more cabinets and....

Wow, just,.....wow. I'd never want to leave the place, especially living on a lake. It's like permanently living in a vacation resort. As long as you like winters in PA (I like winters in Wisconsin, so can't be all bad) there'd be no reason to go elsewhere.

Two years later and the shop is full of stuff. It's already seen three engine swaps and another one underway on the C5 that blew up during an AER race at Mid Ohio last year.
That is a Sweet Set Up!

Looks like a fantastic place to loose track of time and Days!

Congratulations ! Job Very Well done!!

Did you get / find any pics of the boat?

What did you end up doing to shrink those Dam TaLL posts outside holding up the deck?

I haven't done anything with the posts yet. We are slowly working on the landscape plan, I'm planning to address that when we build the outdoor kitchen below and next to the deck on the house and do something to finish under the deck on the shop. I'll look for and post up some pics of the boat.

I can't find any good pics of the boat. I'll take a few when I go up next weekend.

Just picked up another boat a couple months ago. 1974 Catalina 22. The previous owner couldn't figure out how the mast worked so he cut it in three pieces. I already found a used mast off of a 74. Now I just need to find the time to work on it.
