Got some more progress happening.. Installed the ceiling this weekend so that I can get some real lighting in there.

Before:

During:

After - Took about 9 hours and a bunch of beer to complete:

I'm sure some of you will flame me for the material that is used. But all in all I think it looks sharp.

What is the material? Soffit vent? Nonetheless, it looks good.... I like it.

Plain Jane vinyl siding.. I was going to do steel, but it would have cost about 35% more.. we will see how it holds up. .

I was thinking of doing steel on my ceiling once I get it built, but that siding looks pretty good and keeps the cost down. I also thought of OSB on the ceiling, but the siding is also another option.

I wasn't keen on painting 27 sheets of OSB... This is why I wanted something pre- coloured

I guess it's been awhile since I've updated this tread.. So yes, ceiling is done, lights are up, wall sheeting is up and painted.. Compressor is bought, installed and plumbed.. Most of the windows are trimmed with white pine ( still have to do the octagon)

Here is a pic of the ceiling, trim and lights.. There are 6 8ft tandem fixtures mounted parallel with the door tracks so even if the door is up I don't loose much light.. The walls are painted a greyish blue colour and the ceiling fan is a 56" from my local princess auto.
