I forgot I've been using a Imperial (or Yellow Jacket) reefer wrench that's the laminated style, and I've not had a single problem with it. Yes, it is a coarse, but that's never been an issue. 30 years on I still have it.

Since so many of you hate them that much, I'd be doing you a favor to get them out of your sight. Put them in a USPS Small Flat Rate Box and I'll even pay postage.

I appreciate your most generous offer. If I still had any of those worthless things, I would pay to ship 'em to you.

I just bought a full made in USA Armstrong set for $30. Can't beat that. I have no beef with the 'old' style.

I’ve got an old metric set somewhere that I basically never use. I did have a nice 5/16” one somewhere that I loved for side terminal batteries. Otherwise I’m not a big fan of ratcheting wrenches in general.

I have my Dad's old ratcheting wrenches circa 1960's and one laminated wrench to replace one that me or my brothers lost. They sit in a drawer but on occasion they come in handy, that is if I remember that I have them in a drawer someplace.

Have a few, have some non reversible newer ones, and some flex head reversibles.
Don't use them much, but when you need them...
I do like the ease of cleaning the laminated ones. And they are harder to break.
