There is a 2nd video with LA doing a tire flat repair demo (wait until the end of the one linked above, and you'll see a link to the flat repair video). At the beginning it shows Broken Spoke Bike shop, which I believe is where both of these videos were filmed, in Santa Fe.

Hmmmm someone capitalizing on their "wrongs" as far as push bike repair - modification ??
I reckon a shifting spanner, pliers and a couple of spoons to change the tyres would make the grade ! ha ha ha
