Adding a beaver tail to a Landoll hydraulic drop tail trailer. This is a project that my Dad has been working on, off and on, in between other "farming operations"
The goal is to make this trailer more convenient than our 25-30 year old traveling axle tilt bed trailer (SEEN HERE) for our newer equipment. Also this trailer modification will remove the need for PTO driven hydraulics on the tractor (semi)
People like to build and modify lots of things here on GJ and I enjoy looking at other peoples projects, large and small, so I thought I would share one of mine/ours.
Full video with explanation and testing the operation.
