Landscape Design Software

We are looking at doing our own landscaping and wondering if anyone used a specific landscape design software that they had success with. We are looking for sprinkler spray patterns, etc.

Any suggestions?

I used to use Dynascape when I had my business, it was easy and intuitive but not free.
I've had friends use the Better Homes and Gardens program and they liked how easy it was to use...
