House we bought had a pretty cool landscape light that was custom built when the house was, but it was falling apart. Decided to rebuild it in steel. Luckily the lens was it great shape.
Nothing, except on the bottom that is in contact with the ground I hit it with stainless paint. Hopefully it will end up more towards the 'patina' end of the spectrum than the '****' end.
