Oops, it seems this is tools only, my apologies, please delete if unacceptable...
It really stinks to have to sell this, it is a brand new, custom fabricated roof hatch / sky light. I had it made to access the roof deck in our row home. Due to a few reasons we are having to build a pilot house rather than use this very cool hatch. This would be killer on someones garage to access the roof or rear deck. The I.D. of this hatch is 36" x 60". It is all aluminum w/ a dual layer clear acrylic dome, gas assisted hatch, locking door and it is insulated. It comes with a 5 year warranty from the ship date, so about 4 years 11 mo. left. It is still in the crating in my garage. I would love for this to be picked up at my home, but I would be interested in shipping as long as the buyer pays. I can provide pictures to those that are interested. I can also provide the technical drawing in .pdf format for your viewing pleasure. I payed $1385.00, so lets start at $1200 and see where we go. Thanks.
