They make professional tools. They've also acquired several smaller US tool manufacturers recently.

Apparently they patented the ratcheting box wrench back in the day and they still make them in Wisconsin. I have both an SAE and Metric set of the offset ratcheting wrenches. I paid around $30 shipped from ebay around a year ago (still available) and I love them (I even bought more sizes later). I wouldn't say they are as nice as my Proto USA ratcheting wrenches but I really love them, especially considering the price.

I also had their 48 pc thread restorer set and one thing I noticed was that it is exactly like the Snap On 48 pc Master Rethreading Tap and Die Set (RTD48) . The only thing different is the color of the blow-molded case and the sticker on the top. I don't know for sure, but it really seems that they are making them for Snap On. I bought my set at mrotools for $77. So, you'd pay $73 for the red box and Snap On label (I have plenty of Snap On tools so I'm not hating, just sayin' if it's the same, why pay more?). In the past I've noticed some similarities with other Snap On tools like their snap ring plier sets.
