After being a member of this forum for several years I felt it was time for me to contribute something.
A friend from my work and I decided to build these large cabinets, one in each of our garages, we started with the one you see in these pictures. I got the plans from a "Family Handyman" magazine.
The contents of the cabinets may not be very manly, but it means that I get the open shelves in the garage back. We don't have much pantry space in the house, so when we moved in last year, I put the shelves up to store the excess kitchen stuff.
That's enough of my babbling, here are the pics.
No legs needed. My friend and I both stood in the cabinet without issue. That's right around 500lbs between the two of us.
The wall I get back, still needs organized so I can bring my toolbox from my mom's house.
