Didn't know the NSN designation. Never heard that before. I was just cruising Ebay one day and this was minutes from ending. Threw out a bid and it was mine. Nabbed it for $80

I use mostly fractional and have SuperKrome's in 1/4" through 1 1/4". They don't get much love in Garage Journal but I think they are mighty fine wrenches.

NSN is National Stock Number.....had to get very familiar with that ordering parts in the motorpool.

We always joked that it stood for "No Stock Now"

I worked in the Motorpool from mechanic to Motor SGT for over 20 years did hundreds of inventories on tool boxes and tool rooms. SK had the contract for a lot of years all the shops around 15 years ago had to turn in there number 1 common and number 2 common and the old tool boxes that is where the tool roll came from.
