Large swivel spindle wheels

I am trying to build a welding trailer, I want it to be able to be moved around when it's unhooked. I want to make some fold down wheels that can swivel, so I can move it around freely or wiggle it around. I am "off road" a lot, so I need some large tires on the swivel wheels. The biggest ones I can find are 10". I would like something more on the lines of a 12"-14" ATV tire.
Can anyone HELP???

I see 12" pneumatic casters but I take it you're looking for something with a wider footprint?

I'd buy the ATV style wheels/tires and make the spindles.

Have you checked out the front wheels from a zero turn mower?
