Last minute advice/suggestions? 1300sqft

See attached "plan".
Almost ready to drywall, not sure if I miss anything.

1. NOT a workshop. I have another 2 car for working
2. Used for storage of motorcycles (5-7) and parking.
3. Air compressor in corner (Area A) already pre-plumbed)
4. AC mounted in a middle back wall
5. I plan to use AREA A for lathe/mill (potentially) and keep it open
6. I plan to use AREA B to install overhead shelves (10ft ceiling vaulting to 14ft) and cabinets for hunting/fishing/motorcycle gear, fluids, etc, whatever not related to working on cars. So, no tools or maybe boxed tools
7. I need to store bycicles somewhere (4 of them)

Any suggestions on what to add/remove/change?
I am thinking about building 1ft off the wall box for AC unit (mini split) so it's not on a wall, but little out

To the top. At this point garage is all insulated and flooring is almost done (2 more layers of epoxy)

Goal for this space is GARAGE. Not shop. I need to store all of the "stuff" like motorcycle gear, parts, skis(and stuff), bicycles, hunting/fishing gear, household tools, materials and so on.

I need someone who got experience in organizing stuff and I need suggestions on what storage solution to go with.

Anybody can suggest brands/companies to look at? I need good quality cabinets, shelves that look good and solidly built.
Because it's not a shop I don't necessary need workbenches with tool drawers (it's in other garage).

I’m a little puzzled. You keep saying it’s not a shop but then you’re talking about using area A for a lathe?

Either way, I like the idea of using the left bump out for the “hunting/fishing area. Cabinets and a gun safe on the wall. Workbench or free standing table on the floor for cleaning the guns on or for spreading out the collection of hunting/fishing supplies. Drawers underneath could give you additional storage.

Park the bikes up in front of the parked cars and line the back wall with cabinets for all your riding gear, parts, etc.

Unfortunately it always seems to be one of those things you have to rearrange a couple times before you get it right.

I always liked the look of this “garage” setup.

Yes, I keep saying it's not a shop Lathe is a "maybe". I will try to put lathe into my basement, and I use it very rare, it doesn't qualify even close to "often used". More like ornament I may use few-dozen times a year and clean afterwards.

Hunting gear I meant all but guns. Guns will be in a safe in a basement. This is where I will have reloading setup, etc. The only thing I do in garage(other garage) - cleaning with solvents.

I watched bunch of organization videos and I plan to follow advice. I will bring all the stuff to garage (after epoxy dries) and sort it. See what I have (after trashing) and decide on storage needs. But right now I am leaning towards:
Area A: Compressor, Engine hoist, Sandblast cabinet(storage only it's on wheels).
Area B: About 24ft of metal storage lockers with shelves overhead.

I think Area B will hold everything I need. I won't even add any bench area in this garage, it will only collect junk.

This is what I think for now anyways..
