When you are installing the liner panel i assume you just put one screw beside each of the ribs on the flat part of the panel in a line on the bottom of the truss.

My question is this- when you get to the end of a panel and you overlap the panel with the end of the next panel, do you still just put one screw in the flat part and screw through both panels or do you put two screws in the flat part. I have a illustration on how to screw down a metal roof and they put two screws in the flat part of the panel when the end of two panels overlap.

I can see doing this for a roof that is exposed to the elements but not sure it is necessary for a liner panel ceiling. What do you think?

thanks

Maybe if for some reason it hangs a little low and creates a shadow making it look bigger than it really is. 👍
I wouldn't bother if it's laying nice and tight.

You can see the pattern I've utilized here. Without the second screw at the end of the panel, the panel may sag a bit. You'll see as you start putting panels up.
