Or build one of his silly sorters. It couldn't be more than 50 or 60 ft tall for a complete set. It was 5 minutes in before he even demo ed that POS. Biggest laugh: "patent pending" . Great engineering minds of the tool industry are staying up nights to figure a way around his brilliant design. LMFAO!!
He said I only needed 10 sockets. I better get rid of the other 300-400 I own.

I read r/shittykickstarters pretty regularly. Most of that sub is filled up with crowdfunding projects that are just scams put forth by people who have no way of actually fulfilling their promises and who are definitely aware of it. Normally I'd not get a laugh outta something like this, as it's pretty clearly just a guy with an idea that he doesn't understand isn't really needed. He's a little uninformed and maybe a lot delusional, but many good inventors have a lot of **** ideas as well (If that episode of The Simpsons where Homer decides to be an inventor is any indication.)

But seeing as how it's relevant to our interests here, I felt like I had to share it. :)

The romantic hills of central Umbria, Italy,
I keep thinking... $51. Grandma, Aunt Martha, and his brother.

I keep thinking about crowdfunding to get me a new storage building and workshop for the property, so I can retire, but I couldn't write a BS line like most of them are and be able to look myself in the face after that.

Unless it's a spoof post. Never know... may be. Sure looks like it - like a $50K kickstarter, if you pledge $50, and we're funded, I'll send you an engraved picture of a famous American president. $100, and I'll send 2. :D

That was by far the most torturous 3 minutes of my life.

You made it through 3 MINUTES? Damn, you're one tough dude...

Dang, here I was hoping to grab some cheap Magrails that would litter the classifieds once this came to market...

By the way folks, it looks like you can still get in on this if you act fast!

It's ok frampton. Please keep on trying. Everyone here has had a little fun with it but rest assured I won't be the only one here who will become very interested when you fine tune your idea a little further to where I can just drop all the tools I used, ratchets, sockets, wrenches, pliers, etc, on the top shelf of my box and your system wipes them all down and puts them away in their proper spot in the proper drawer. For the price the tool trucks are selling their boxes for they should already have this capability.

I appreciate anyone that has the drive to "invent" something and has the drive to market and sell something. In this case, my appreciation for his effort is not enough, plus I am not big on crowd funding.

You guys can relax, it's just a joke

That being said, the guy's delivery was pretty poor, but he is joking.
