Check my lastest $50 find.
I have weakness for used USA vises and this is my lastest & third addition.
Stumbled across this Wilton 400 (4 inch) machinist that was unmounted, all rusty in an old farm outbuilding. Brought it home, disassembled & cleaned it up & the old girls jaws are almost new. I am not going to bother with painting because most of her paint is still in pretty good shape.
Notice she is setting beside my $60 Wilton 1765 (6 1/2 inch) that I bought from a small fab shop that was shutting down.

It looks like you are vise poor LOL. If you know anything about old Columbian vises maybe you can look at the thread "new old tools passed on". I am having trouble with a vise right now.

I always find those Wilton vises to be aesthetically pleasing to look at. If there ever was a contest, I'd vote on these as the best looking ones!

Great scores!
