Just got a catalog yesterday, first in a LONG time.

Interesting stuff, seems that Cman is becoming a seller for other tools more than their own. GW, Dewalt, Viper, Extreme all had a bunch of stuff in there. Also Mechainc Timesaver stuff.
Impacts are also shown as marked Made in US in pics.....:eyecrazy:

A lot of stuff is pictured with made in USA. Almost all sockets pictured have it visible. I think that could be a false advertising issue unless they have a disclaimer that states tools may not be USA made. I am no expert but it could be an issue for them. Unless they are going back to USA made?

there catalogs have been like that for a few years.

the only catalogs i can ever find are the "store use only" copies, although they appear to be very full of marketing and directed towards consumers, and no employees. i found that odd. full of other brands like you said though.

Received the same catalog. They have the standard boilerplate disclaimer for content.

Mine came in the mail the other day, it was kinda sickening. The RP wrenches were still the old style in the pictures.

I caught that too. I have the 2010-2011 catolog and it is easily double in size and content. I also thought the current china full polish wrenches were not called professional series. The package in the store says nothing about professional.

anyone else notice the coupon on the first page? And after thumbing through mine... about what, only 3/5 of the book is actually craftsman?

Been like that the last 2-3 years or so. The irony is that regardless if it is Craftsman or any of the other brands in that catalog, 75% of it you have to order online and is not in their stores.
