I needed some tools and saw and bought more than that. So what's new. :D

First was the Proto rolling chest for $50 from CL. I hope it is genuine.

Then came the Craftsman tool set for $200 including the box from the Pawn shop.
The tools are this set: Tool Set
and the box was this one: Tool box.

The tool set was complete except for 1 little socket. The list price is ridiculous. I can't believe anyone actually paid that much.

Sweet proto box  Great deal for $50, especially in that condition.

Yes it is a legit Proto box. It was actually built by waterloo for proto. I have one somewhat similar, except where yours says proto mine says waterloo, exact same place.

Did the key come with that Proto box?

I'll say it... YOU ****!!!!

It's not a fancy box, it's not a mega box but, it's a damn fine box for $50!!

Some may say it has kitchen cupboard drawer pulls. Some may say it harkens back to a simpler time when you could take most of a car apart with a 1/2 X 9/16 wrench. :dunno:

I think you did well on the box:thumbup:

Thanks guys. I am very happy with the box. And the condition is excellent. No key but that is an easy fix if I needed one. But it will only be used in my own shop. Oddly though the reason I bought the tools is due to the fact that I can no longer take my car or motorcycle apart so easily and needed "more tools".

And a "YOU ****!!!!" I am indeed honored.
