Do you honestly think they will have any better ideas than can be found on here? :bounce:

There's a lot of good info in that mag. I used to subscribe back when it was Auto X, then GRM. I let it lapse a few years ago. Suddard actually did a series on shop organization and storage, maybe 10 years ago, when he built his new garage at home. It would be interesting to see what new ideas he has in mind.

FYI I never got a free copy though I requested one a few times. I recently subscribed though and of course those came on time!

Great magazine. I have been a subscriber for a couple of years.
Where else could you learn how to form your own carbon fiber?
They have a great forum also.

GRM is one of the best magazines out there... my only slight complaint is the # of BMW and Miata specific articles they run. However being that most of their stuff is geared at folks running the various SCCA events; etc I can see why they have alot of articles on both. However their general tech articles and their accuracy are awesome. Really a great DIY'er mag.

They started the original "$2K challenge" a few years ago where you build a car to compete in slalom, show/shine, drag race competition for an overall win. The guys that build the cars (winners and losers) come up with some pretty interesting setups and do some neat engineering.

GRM is my favorite mag, it helps they have had my car and my mug in the mag, not a feature or anything but I'm a 5 time challange competitor, won 10th overall in 2005, also a great forum comunity of DIY kinda guys, much like here but centered on more unusual cars :)
