So I found this lathe dirt cheap but the lady selling it knows nothing about it and this is the best picture I can get out of her. Any clue as to what we might be looking at here? Looks like an old Atlas maybe?

As crguy said, need a better pic. Looks like flat ways, if so could be an Atlas or Atlas branded as Craftsman.

Near as I can tell from the crummy pic, looks like a 12" Atlas/Craftsman.

It's listed @ 250, maybe not dirt cheap but seems like a good deal? I live about an hour away that's why I haven't snagged it yet.

At that price, grab it up. You'll be ahead regardless of what you do with it.

Agreed, if you are in the market, I don't know how you could go wrong at $250. Definitely worth the drive. Given that the picture is so bad, you might not even have to rush to get there.
