Made a splash guard for my new lathe this morning came out pretty cool got to use my beadroller that I just finished.

Looks good. I'm thinking that it is 'bout 2 feet to short. For those of us that really have fun it should probably reach the ceiling;)

Looks nice but, as Larry said it is a bit small. Put something behind the lathe that will block the wall or it is going to get pretty dirty above that. The ONLY shields I have ever seen that are truly effective are complete enclosures.

Did you use aluminum or steel?

I have to build one for my new lathe so it's great to see an example of one home built.
