Lathe tool grinder identification, help please

Hi all

I just collected a neat grinder for lathe tool bits that looks nicely shop made but on the chance it isn't I wanted to post a picture in case anyone recognized it and could provide the brand or manufacturer. I need to make a tool rest for it, probably a simple piece of angle iron will do.
