Hello, new member here.
I recently moved into a new home and it happens to have a fantastic detached garage. 30x50 5 stall, 2 sections climate controlled with 3/4 bath, wood walls. The other three stalls are open pole barn with concrete floors. Currently two light bulbs and a few outlets but that's for another thread. The two insulated stalls are going to be machine shop since humidity controlled. There will be an old craftsman lathe and a small cnc mill.
I can't come up with a "ah ha" setup that is perfect and was looking for input. In the unfinished section there is an old pickup resto occuring and another stall will be kubota FEL tractor and rider lawnmower/misc landscaping junk mixed with overflow kids toys.
I am open to possibly adding a small lean to on the back side but money is about out after all moving expenses for now.
Here is a very rough layout for visual. Its just late and I havent drawn it in solidworks yet.
