This is a table I use for welding up/grinding heavy parts on. I can weld/grind on all sides without moving around the table. I haven't done it myself, but I could also use this for spray painting parts.

The table is very heavy but has wheel barrow type casters on it - soon to be replaced with 8 inch pneumatic wheels to better handle rough ground and to add stability). The table top axle sits on/in two sets of bearings but one could use a trailer/motorcycle hub as well. The turntable can be stopped by dropping a pin through a slot on the table's outer edge and into a hole on the frame. The frame is pretty straight forward and I think is shown well in the photos. Cheers!
