I picked this up at a local auction, there was also a hammer in another lot, didnt bother trying for it though as I have enough wheel weight material to work with.
I'm guessing it is around 3-5lbs head weight.

Mainly curious as to if anyone knows who would have made the mold. Doesnt really look like any I have seen on ebay or other searches. There are markings on it but it appears to have been the previous owners name based on a search and knowing some info on the auction itself/where items came from local-ish.
